Nothing is better than chicken noodle soup when it is cold or you are sick. Try it this way with turkey instead, it puts a nice twist on it and tastes great |

INGREDIENTS:
- 4 cup(s) , Chicken or Turkey Broth
- 1/2 tablespoon(s) , Onion Minced
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Garlic Minced
- 1 1/2 cup(s) , Turkey Cooked and Diced
- 1 cup(s) , Frozen Peas
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Celery Salt
- 1 pinch , White Pepper
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Pimientos Diced
- 1 1/2 cup(s) , Egg Noodles Cooked

Bring the broth to a boil in a 4 quart stock pot. Add the onion, garlic, turkey, peas, celery salt, pepper, and pimientos. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the cooked noodles and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve warm. |
