Crunchy Turkey Casserole

 This is just like a green bean casserole with the addition of turkey. It's a great way to use leftover turkey and it takes very little time.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 cup(s) , Turkey Cooked and Chopped
  • 1 can(s) , French Style Green Beans
  • 1 can(s) , Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , Heavy Cream
  • 4 ounces , Canned Sliced Mushrooms Drained
  • 3 ounces , Chow Mein Noodles
  • 1 can(s) , French Fried Onions

Instructions:
Stir together soup and cream. Cover bottom of 11x7x2" baking dish with 2 cups of meat. Layer French green beans over meat. Evenly distribute mushrooms over beans. Pour soup mixture over top of everything. Layer with chow mein noodles then French fried onion rings. Cover with plastic wrap you have poked a couple of small holes in. Micro-wave on half power for 10 minutes. Micro-wave 3 minutes at high. It should be hot and bubbly, if not microwave it some more. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
