INGREDIENTS:
- 3 pound(s) , Fish Scraps, Heads, Bones, Scales Ect.
- 12 cup(s) , Water
- 1 large , Onion Chopped
- 2 large , Celery Stalks Chopped
- 2 whole , Bay Leaves
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Dried Thyme

Mix all ingredients together in a pot and bring to a boil. Skim fat off the top and lower to a simmer for 1 hour. Skim fat and cool completely. Refrigerate |
