Fish Stock

 This is a base for many soups and sauces

INGREDIENTS:
  • 3 pound(s) , Fish Scraps, Heads, Bones, Scales Ect.
  • 12 cup(s) , Water
  • 1 large , Onion Chopped
  • 2 large , Celery Stalks Chopped
  • 2 whole , Bay Leaves
  • 1 teaspoon(s) , Peppercorns
  • 1 teaspoon(s) , Dried Thyme

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together in a pot and bring to a boil. Skim fat off the top and lower to a simmer for 1 hour. Skim fat and cool completely. Refrigerate
