This casserole has sweet flavors. It is a nice filling and healthy salad that hopefully you will enjoy. It great to make after Thanksgiving with leftovers. |

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pound(s) , Turkey Cooked and Cubed
- 2 pound(s) , Sweet Potatoes Cooked and Cubed
- 1/2 cup(s) , Dried Cranberries
- 1/4 cup(s) , Raisins
- 1/4 cup(s) , Walnuts Chopped
- 1/2 cup(s) , Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Orange Juice
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Orange Zest
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Fresh Ginger Grated
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Nutmeg
- 5 large , Lettuce Leaves To garnish

Combine turkey, potatoes, cranberries, raisins, and walnuts in a large bowl. In a smaller bowl, combine all other ingredients and mix well. Fold into turkey mixture. Cover and chill several hours. To serve, scoop onto lettuce leaves |
