INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup(s) , Sugar
1/3 cup(s) , Water
1/4 cup(s) , Cocoa Powder
4 cup(s) , Milk
1 pinch , Salt
3/4 teaspoon(s) , Vanilla Extract
Instructions:
Mix cocoa, sugar, water and salt in saucepan. Stir constantly until mixture boils over medium heat. Cook and stir 2 minutes. Stir in milk and heat. Do not boil. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
