INGREDIENTS:
- 6 tablespoon(s) , Unsweetened Cocoa
- 6 tablespoon(s) , Sugar
- 1 pinch , Salt
- 2 1/2 cup(s) , Milk
- 2 1/2 cup(s) , Half and Half
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Vanilla
- 1 pinch , Cinnamon
- 0 to taste , Whipped Cream
- 0 to taste , Orange Zest

| Instructions: |
Mix cocoa, salt, and sugar.
Add milk. Heat to dissolve.
Add half and half, cinnamon, vanilla. Heat to just under boiling.
Mix very well and pour into warm mug.
Top with whipped cream, cocoa powder, and fine orange zest. |
