This Coppola Sauvignon Blanc has been one of our favorites of the Sauvignon Blancs we’ve tried. Citrus such as grapefruit and mellow pear immediately struck nose and palate. Light straw color was clear and appeasing to the eye; this was very fruity almost like a Chardonnay but lighter. This wine will pair nicely with chicken or fish especially if they have citrus as an ingredient. |
